SELF-REflection Sheet
This self-assessment document has two sheets with pre-set goals and one sheet that goals can be written on to adapt for different grades and times of year. Each goal on the self-assessment page should be discussed as a class or with the student. Ask questions about they have seen, heard, or feel relating to each goal. I ask the students to be honest and talk about what each face on the reflection might mean. Being “honest” at this age takes practice to fully understand their own actions and part in each goal. Self-assessing takes time to learn!
